The Best in the Game of Commercial Real Estate

Today we're going to switch it up and talk a bit about some videography content we've been making for one of our clients. We are going to break down some of the content we've made, and some of the results we're seeing.

What is Commercial Inc?

Commercial Inc is a web series that Gouda LLC is bringing to life. The main purpose of the series is to provide informational, entertaining content about real estate, investing, and finance to an audience on YouTube. The series highlights the star of the show, Benny Spensieri, as an energetic real estate broker who is experienced and showcasing parts of his day-to-day life in the commercial real estate world.

The show takes place in our home state of Florida, but is soon looking to expand to the Carolinas and Tennessee.

Who is it all About?

The show stars Benny Spensieri, the owner and broker of CRES Corp International. Coming down from New York and after being a police officer in North Carolina, Benny has been operating in the real estate world in south Florida for over 20 years. With properties spanning all across the state, there isn't a property, commercial or residential, that Benny can't sell.

Why are we Doing this?

Commercial Inc serve a couple of purposes for CRES Corp:

Branding

First of all, it builds a brand identity. Brand identity is extremely important for any company. Branding is what creates a relationship with an audience or target market, and is what makes an audience trust a business. For example, take Old Spice. We've all seen those commercials where Terry Crews shows up, conducts some outlandish behavior, and showcases his muscles. Or the ones where Isaiah Mustafa shows up on a white horse on the beach. These are scenes that stay in everyone's head forever, each of which convey some time of message. This message can be considered to be freshness, staying cool, and masculine strength/energy. Now, whenever we think of Old Spice, these are the first thoughts and associations that come to mind.

Using Gouda LLC's creative marketing expertise, we are creating a personal brand for Benny and for CRES Corp. We utilize cinematographic techniques to create ambiances that appeal to viewers, copywriting that conveys facts and emotions, and entertainment to keep viewers hooked.

Marketing for Properties

In addition to building a personal brand around the TV show, Benny will also be doing marketing for individual properties that he is selling. A big part of the Commercial Inc show is to talk about some of the fanciest, most expensive commercial properties for sale all around Florida. Being on-site and providing value and entertainment, Benny also takes advantage of the situation and showcases different parts of the property. By highlighting the features of the property, potential investors can get a better idea of the value that the property holds and what they can do with it. This gives Benny a leg up because it is a lot more detailed than standard land and aerial photos that most properties get.

Bringing More Properties to the Table for Sale

Not only do more investors see the property and in more depth, but by showcasing properties in this way, many other investors who are looking to sell their properties will realize the value that we provide to showcasing and getting their properties sold, and will want to sell their properties with CRES Corp instead of with other brokerages.

Sharing the Goods

Now, Commercial Inc isn't limited only to CRES Corp. If there are any other brokerages or real estate agents who would like to have their properties on the Commercial Inc show, or who would like to have similar shows to build their personal brands, all it takes is a simple phone call!
